Management team
The President and CEO is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company in accordance with the instructions and regulations given by the Board of Directors. The President and CEO of the parent company is elected by the Board and also acts as Group President. The President also ensures the legality of the company’s accounting and the reliable organisation of financial management.
Biohit's management team focuses on business development and the group's administrative matters. The task of the management team is to assist the CEO in the planning, supervision and operational management of the group's business operations, and to prepare matters to be discussed by the board of the parent company.
In addition to the CEO, the group's management team includes the managers of the parent company's various operating units. The company's management team is represented by people from the following areas of responsibility: sales and marketing, product management, operational functions, quality and communication, as well as finance, ICT and personnel management. The CEO is the chairman of the management group.
The members of the management team are appointed and the conditions of their employment are confirmed by the CEO in accordance with the instructions given by the board.
The management team meets as a guideline every two weeks.
